At quickChallan, we take your privacy seriously. We operate on a "Zero-Knowledge" architecture, meaning we prioritize keeping your sensitive business data encrypted in a way that even we cannot access. This Privacy Policy outlines what information we collect and how it is used.

1. Information We Collect

1.1. Account Information. When you register, we collect your phone number for authentication purposes via Google Firebase Authentication. This is required to identify you and secure your account.

1.2. Business Data (Encrypted). You input data including Business Profile, Party/Customer details, Inventory Items, and Transaction records (Challans/Estimates).
Crucial: All sensitive fields (e.g., Party Names, Phone Numbers, Purchase Rates) are Client-Side Encrypted using your PIN before they ever leave your device. We store this data on our servers, but it looks like random gibberish to us. We cannot decrypt it.

1.3. Usage Data. We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (e.g., number of active users, app crashes) through services like Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics to help us improve app stability and performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the quickChallan service;
• Sync your encrypted data across your devices;
• Authenticate your identity to prevent unauthorized access;
• Improve our software and fix bugs.

3. Data Security

We implement robust security measures to protect your data. Key measures include:

• Encryption at Rest: Your data is stored on secure cloud servers (Google Cloud Platform).
• Encryption in Transit: All data transfer occurs over secure SSL/TLS connections.
• Client-Side Encryption (Zero-Knowledge): This is our unique security feature. Your 6-digit PIN derives a cryptographic key that encrypts your private data *before* it is uploaded. If you lose your PIN, we cannot recover your data.

4. Third-Party Services

We generally do not share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to provide the Service. We use the following trusted third-party service providers:

• Google Firebase: For hosting, database, and authentication services.
• Printing/PDF Libraries: Local libraries are used to generate PDFs on your device.

5. User Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information.
Deleting Account: You can delete your account permanently directly from within the Application settings. This action wipes your data, including all encrypted records, from our servers immediately and irreversibly.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13.
