Delete your QuickChallan account

Use this page to request deletion of the QuickChallan Android app account and associated app data. You can start the deletion request from the web even if you have uninstalled the Android app.

Identity verification is required. If you can sign in, use the web deletion flow above. Email/password users must enter their password. Google Sign-In users must complete Google reauthentication. If you cannot sign in, email us from your registered email address and include your registered phone number and business name so we can verify ownership before processing the request.

What will be deleted

After verification, QuickChallan deletes account-scoped app data where legally allowed, including:

QuickChallan login account and user profile records.
Business profile, parties, inventory, challans, estimates, purchases, ledgers, payments, returns, notes, stock records and related workspace data owned by the account.
Uploaded purchase bill OCR files, business logos, signatures, notification tokens and account entitlement records.
Support/admin lead records linked to the deleted account where deletion is legally allowed.

What may be retained

Some records may be retained where required or permitted for tax, accounting, payment, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, support, or legal compliance. Retained records are limited to what is needed for those purposes.

Expected timeline

In-app and signed-in web deletion normally starts immediately after successful verification. Manual email requests are reviewed after identity verification and are usually handled within 7 business days.

Before you delete

Export any backup you may need. QuickChallan does not maintain a recoverable server backup copy of erased workspace or account data.
If data is deleted by mistake, by verified owner action, or by any other confirmed deletion flow, QuickChallan cannot recover it for you unless you have your own valid encrypted backup, PIN and recovery key.
Consult your accountant before deleting billing records that may be required for GST, tax or accounting compliance.
Deleting the Android app from your phone does not delete your QuickChallan account. Use the verified deletion flow or email request above.
