Short Answer: No.
For your security, quickChallan uses Zero-Knowledge Encryption. This means your data is locked with your PIN before it leaves your device. We do not store your PIN on our servers. If you lose it, we cannot unlock your data.

Solution: If you previously exported a Backup Checksum/Key, you can use the "Restore Encryption Key" option on the Login screen. If not, you may need to reset your account data.

1. Navigate to the Challan tab.
2. Tap the + (Add) button.
3. Select a Party (Customer) and add Items from your Inventory.
4. Click Save or Share PDF directly to WhatsApp.

Yes! You can view your Ledger and Inventory offline. However, to create new Sync-enabled transactions or back up your data, you need an internet connection.

Ideally, you track Doors by Thickness in Inventory (e.g., 30mm, 35mm).
When creating a Challan, you just enter the Height & Width (Inches) and Quantity. The app automatically converts this to Sq.Ft area for the final amount.
